    Property & expansion

    Leo’s Playland is in an expansion phase and plans to establish new play centers each year. With over 65 indoor play parks across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, Leo’s is the largest and most visited indoor play park chain in the Nordics. The company is now setting its sights southward, particularly towards Germany. The first playland was opened in Bremen in the fourth quarter of 2019.

    This is what we need

    Spaces: 4,000 – 5,000 square meters
    Plots: 8,000 – 12,000 square meters for building warehouses
    Parking: approximately 250 parking spaces
    Indoor ceiling: approximately 7 meters of clearance height

    Where We're Searching From

    We’re currently scouting locations in Northern Germany, places like Kiel, Lubeck, Flensburg, Hamburg, Berlin, Bremen, Cologne, Rostock, Hanover, Dortmund, and Frankfurt. We’re also on the lookout for spots in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
